Ground Beef and Corn Bake

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 12 oz kernel corn
  • 2 oz x 10cans tomato soup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 cups cooked noodles
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 12 oz kernel corn
  • 2 oz x 10cans tomato soup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 cups cooked noodles
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Brown beat and onions. Drain extra fat. Put in large bowl. Add corn, soup, salt, pepper and ketchup to meat and mix.
  2. Cook noodles, drain. Combine with meat, mix. Put into 3-quart casserole. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover and bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
