Barbecued South American Ribs

Ingredients
  • 3 lbs of ribs or blade steak
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 11/2 cups celery chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp mustard

  • 3 lbs of ribs or blade steak
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 11/2 cups celery chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
  1. Brown ribs. Place in roaster. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over top of the ribs. Bake approximately 2 hours at 3000.
  2. Serve over rice and enjoy with Caesar salad.
