Barbecued Sliced Beef

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 11/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoons tbsp dry OR 2prepared mustard
  • 11/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 slices cookedof roast beef
  • 6 hamburger buns

  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 11/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoons tbsp dry OR 2prepared mustard
  • 11/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 slices cookedof roast beef
  • 6 hamburger buns
Instructions
  1. In skillet, cook onion in margarine until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except beef and buns. Heat to boiling. Simmer covered 30 minutes. Add beef and simmer 10-15 minutes until beef is heated through. Serve on warm buns.
